This AC Corporation case study is a Distribution Center. The 608,142 SF facility was comprised of seven buildings on one site to house certain aspects of the business. We successfully completed the HVAC and Plumbing systems for this facility. Which included roof top Packaged systems, Small Data Centers and 300,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 35,000 FT of piping.

This AC Corporation case study is a Data Center. The 155,000 SF facility was a Tier IV Data Center, located in central NC. We successfully performed the HVAC and Plumbing for this facility. We installed three 640 Ton Chillers, Pumps and Piping infrastructure feeding chilled water AHU’s and 84 CRAC Units, all of the CRAC units were dual feed chilled water/ DX systems as well as power. There were 280,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 25,000 FT of piping.

This AC Corporation featured project is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The 190,000 SF facility is located in Central NC. We successfully installed the HVAC & Plumbing systems for this facility. Which included 1150-ton chiller plant providing chilled water for 12 AHU’s which conditioned Labs, Administration and Manufacturing areas. There were 238,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 42,000 FT of piping installed.

This AC Corporation case study is a Higher Education Facility. The 82,700 SF facility is located in Central NC. We successfully installed the HVAC systems for this facility. Which included ten chilled water AHU’s which conditioned Labs, Clean rooms, numerous assembly areas & an Auditorium. There were 230,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 25,000 FT of piping.

This AC Corporation featured project of a Central Energy Cooling Plant. The scope of the project was to demo and remove existing outdated old equipment consisting of cooling towers, chillers, pumps and all necessary pipe, valves and fittings. The old cooling capacity was 1200 tons. AC Corporation installed new cooling towers, chillers, pumps, pipe valves sand fittings along with a new integrated control system. The new cooling capacity is now 2400 tons.
