AC Corporation Controls Division provides complete design, installation and maintenance services of Building Automation/Building Management Systems (BAS/BMS) of commercial and industrial facilities as well as Programmable Logic Control (PLC), multi-loop and Personal Computer (PC) based Control Systems for process controls. These control systems provide comfort and a means to reduce energy costs through effective building automation and energy management. We have a proven energy savings method for most systems using the integration of the building control system and variable frequency drives on the supply/return fans and pumps to provide optimal savings while maintaining comfort.
CAPABILITIES:
- Design and install Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems to control and monitor temperature, relative humidity, pressurization and lighting in commercial/industrial buildings
- Design and install Clean Room Control systems to control temperature, humidity (including dew point control), pressure, airlock functions, particle counting, historical data and trending functions
- AutoCAD drawings to include Control System Architecture, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) Wiring Diagrams, Instrument Loop Sheets, IO & Motor Schematics, Control Panel Layouts and Conduit/Wiring Layouts
- Continuity/Loop Checks and Customer Validation Assistance
- HMI programming and networking
- Programming -Allen Bradley, Tridium AX & N4, Carrier i-Vu & ComfortWorks
- Integrate Tridium Niagara Controls with most current BAS control systems (Trane, Carrier, Johnson, Honeywell, Alerton)
- Color Graphics and Interfaces
