Hospital in NC
This project focused on the demolition, replacement of a field erected tower as well as large diameter pipe (18” thru 48”) modifications on one of three active Cooling Towers. Since this was related to an active hospital environment, strategic planning, preparation, and execution were critical to keep the entire network on-line.

Data Center in Central NC
155,000 SF, Tier IV Data Center with (3) 640 Ton Chillers, Pumps and Piping infrastructure feeding chilled water AHU’s and 84 CRAC Units, all of the CRAC units were dual feed chilled water/ DX systems as well as power. There were 280,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 25,000 FT of piping.

Higher Education in Central NC
82,700 SF, with HVAC systems for this facility which included 10 chilled water AHU’s, conditioned Labs, Clean rooms, numerous assembly areas & an Auditorium. There were 230,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 25,000 FT of piping.

Manufacturing in Central NC
190,000 SF facility is located in Central NC which included 1150-ton chiller plant providing chilled water for 12 AHUs which conditioned Labs, Administration and Manufacturing areas. There were 238,000 lbs. of sheet metal and over 42,000 FT of piping installed.
