"A Grand Project" (Wins National Award)

is pleased to announce its recently completed work on the Grandover Resort
and Conference Center located in Greensboro, NC. This world class resort has
247 exquisite guest rooms, a major conference center and some of the finest
amenities to be found. These include: 36 holes of golf, numerous tennis/racquetball
courts, a complete spa, an indoor/outdoor pool, and just about every other
convenience imaginable.
On September 16, 1999, AC Corporation was awarded the 1999 National Award of Excellence from the Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc. for the electrical design/build effort on the Grandover Resort Project.
Poultry Protein Plant, North Carolina
Last year, AC Corporation completed 
the
design, construction and startup of a multi-million dollar protein facility.
The project included steam generation and electrical distribution in addition
to the entire processing area. This was a stand alone poultry rendering facility
including raw unloading, processing and finished product storage. This computer
controlled, state-of-the-art facility was completed on-time, within budget,
and with no significant startup problems. All engineering, mechanical, electrical,
and controls work was accomplished entirely by AC Corporation.
